Clan Rules
1. Admins have the right to change the rules at any time even in the middle of a round
2. Listen to the Admins, they pay for this server
3. Server slots are on a first come first serve basis
4. We will kick non-members to make room for members
5. If mulitple members are waiting to get in, seniority takes precedence
6. Have fun
7. Play fair, no cheating
8. Don't whine, we have no cheese for you
9. Cheating will result in a permanent ban
10. Cheating on other servers, and ruining our clans name will result in a probation period which could lead to a ban
Server Rules
1. No Cheating of any sort.
2. Admins are in charge at all times, so respect them.
3. No form of abuse or discrimination real or implied will be tolerated by ANY admin on this server
4. Please attempt to accomplish mission objectives
5. No intentional Team Killing (TK) or you will get kicked or banned automatically
6. No racism
7. Absolutely no porn(admins can track sprays) - one warning then you will be kicked
8. Do not spam the in-game voice chat you will be permanently muted or kicked
9. If you suspect someone is cheating then please inform an Admin.
Consequences
1st Offense - Verbal/E-Mail Warning
2nd Offense - Probation 30 days
3rd Offense - Demotion/Ban (Demotion comes first if possible, if no Demotion possible then you are banned)
Ranks
Recruits
Fresh bodies. These are people who have just joined the clan, and will be on a 30 day probation period. After 30 days, the admins will decide if you truly belong as part of OCG.
Members
These are people who made it past the Recruit level. You are a full fledged member of OCG Clan, and have all of the rights which we will eventually define.
Officers
These are the members who the admins have given special access to. You recieve the ability to post in our custom made blog system, have more access to the forum, and recieve first choice when determining how to make room for people on our server.
Admins
As of the moment of writing this file there are only two of us. This is our server. We make the rules, we designed and programmed the website, the server is paid for out of our pockets. Therefore if we are not happy with something, it will probably be fixed within minutes of one of us knowing. We reserve the right to modify the rules, the server, the members, and member status at any given time.
Probation
Recruits
All new recruits will be on a 30 day probation period. You must be reasonably active during these 30 days. Reasonably active will be different for all recruits, we all have different lives. Probation for recruits is when we try you out, and you try us out. You will have access to the OCG website, and the voice servers. There will be no reserved slots, or preference given when determining who gets kicked to make room for members, but you will not be kicked for non-members. If during these 30 days any admin has a serious problem with you, there will be a vote among the current admins about your future with OCG. Possible outcomes can be, but are not limited to, removal from OCG, or extended probation.
Members
If a member is put on probation, then you made a mistake somewhere. During this probation period you will be revoked of any reserved slots, no preference will be given when determining how to make room. This probation will last for 30 days, if at the end of 30 days, the admins are not satisfied with your performance, you will be removed from the clan.
Officers
As an Officer you have shown maturity, and critical thinking when it comes to clan matters. If we are forced to think about a probation for you, then we obviously misjudged the decision to make you an Officer. You will be demoted to the rank of Member, and will only make Officer again by a unanimous vote of Officers with Admin approval or a unanimous vote of the Admins.
Admins
If you break a rule as an admin, which is hard to do, there is no probation, you will be reduced to an Officer or Member, pending a vote of the remaining admins. Of course the owners of the server are immune to this.
